Optional: 1 clove of garlic and a little fresh ginger
Instructions
Place half-mooned onions into a deep pan. (If using garlic and ginger as well, add them to the pan also.)
Just barely cover the onion slices with honey.
Warm the onions and honey on very low heat, until the onions become soft.
Strain out the onions and pour into a mason jar. Seal tight and store in the refrigerator.
DOSE: Take 1/2 to 1 teaspoon every hour or two at the first onset of a cold and continue taking 3-4 times a day to help speed up your recovery.
